Support Tickets and document downloads. If applicable, your name and address are provided to our shipping company and used to ship your requested information. Providing your email address or phone number is necessary to clarify or provide information regarding your request.

ProMail is emailed to you only if you subscribe to the service online. You may unsubscribe to ProMail by following the instructions on any email sent. ProText is texted to your phone only if you subscribe to the service online. You may unsubscribe to ProText texts by replying “STOP” in a text message.

Purchase Confirmation is available for specific Browning Safes products and is not required to validate implied or written warranty requirements. You may confirm your purchase by filling out a form on the Browning Safes Warranty Registration page on BrowningSafes.com. Confirming your purchase lets us collect personal contact information (as noted above), product data (model, date of purchase, intended use, etc.), and demographic and lifestyle information on Browning Safes product owners. We study this marketing information to serve your needs and interests better.

We consider information on our product purchases (such as model, serial number, purchase date, price paid, etc.) strictly confidential and proprietary.
