Returns
If your shopping experience doesn't meet your expectations, our customer service team is here for you. Safes may be returned within 30 days of the product's original purchase. The safe may be exchanged for another safe or returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for return, the safe must:
- Been purchased within the last 30 days
- Not be damaged or used
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- Be in its original packaging
- Have an RMA# issued by the ProSteel Customer Service Department
All safes customized through the selection of paint, hardware color, locking mechanism, graphic scenes, or other changes that make the safe unique are subject to the 15% restocking fee if the order is canceled for any reason once work on its construction has begun.

Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and the risk of loss or damage to the safe during shipping.
Order Cancellation
All safes customized through the selection of paint, hardware color, locking mechanism, graphic scenes, or other changes that make the safe unique are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the order is canceled for any reason once work on its construction has begun. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping if the safe is in transit.
Damaged/Defective Returns
Returns due to manufacturing defects/damage require an RMA# from our customer service department. The customer service representative will arrange for the safe's replacement and the defective unit's return shipping at no customer expense.
